Turn around time for door mats - Please note all times are subject to us being in town. If we are out of town, it will be done the day we return. (Any out of town information will be updated on here and on Facebook):

In stock items will be shipped within 3 days
Custom Orders for 18x30 doormats have a 2 week turn around time
Custom Orders for larger size mats have a 3-4 week turn around time

Custom Order Information:

Once a custom door mat is ordered, I will send over a mockup (or a few - depending on how specific the request was or wasn't).
Approval on the mockup has to be made before I will make the mat. Changes can only be made prior to the approval.

Return and Refund Policy

Custom Door Mat or Oversize Door Mat (bigger than 18x30) Return and Refund Policy:

Custom Mats cannot be returned or refunded.
We receive the request, send mockups, change anything requested, send more mockups, and get your approval prior to making the mat.
A finalized mat picture is sent prior to shipping.

In stock 18x30 Door Mat Return and Refund Policy:

Must be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the mat.
Mat must be unworn, in new condition.
Reasons acceptable for Return: Damaged or Wrong Product
Process of Return: Contact me by text at 903-413-9641
Process of Refund: If a refund is requested, this will only be allowed if the return is sent back according to our policy.
